If you feel you cannot for whatever
reason keep a LAD puppy but he/she appears strong enough to have a good
quality of life than we can help you. We often have have foster and permanent homes
waiting for these babies with people who are able to offer the care
and attention they need, we cannot always promise a home is waiting but we
do try. We are very discreet, nobody is told where the LAD
puppy came from or how it was bred. If you wish to give that information out
then you must do it yourself. If your puppy has already been tattooed or
micro chipped we will deal with change of owner to us so that no details go
to the new owner. We do not need any KC registration documents.
We do vet any potential home that a
LAD puppy may be placed in and are very careful that the new owners are
fully aware of what they are taking on, we also offer lifetime support and
if they cannot, for whatever reason continue to care for the puppy he/she
will come back to us at any age. This is all explained and an adoption form
is signed by the new owners stating that they understand all the conditions.
We do not charge breeders, owners or new owners for this service but
donations are always appreciated and will go towards vet bills for LAD
puppies in foster care. If we cannot find a home immediately and you prefer
your puppy come into our care straight away you will be expected to pay any
veterinary bills during his/her foster time.
We also offer support for you, it can
be quite a shock and in some cases very upsetting to find you have a LAD
puppy, especially if you have sold it and it's new owners cannot cope. If
you want to know how your puppy is doing you can contact us at anytime, if
you wish to be in contact with the new owners we will also arrange that for
you to. We
are not concerned with the pedigree's or the breeding of theses puppies, we
are concerned that they have good quality of life with people who can give
them what they need, we are concerned only for there welfare. We
believe that those puppies who are strong enough deserve a chance of life
and that is why we do what we do.
